With caution in one hand and ambition in the other, Carissa kicked her business up a notch. She began diving into commercial projects, taking on more residential customers, trying her hand at marketing herself in the digital world (think Google, Facebook, and this cool site!) In order to expand her brand and spread Heavenly Housekeeping joy to the masses, Carissa embarked on one of the toughest challenges all business owners must master in order to see success on a larger scale - putting faith into themselves and their teaching prowess and begin recruiting top-notch employees. Playfully dubbing her employees as her "Angels”, Carissa embraced a management style that lets her team sparkle like shooting stars by empowering them to shine brightly. As the head honcho and a hands-on owner/operator, she personally trains each Angel for multiple weeks before they spread their wings and work their magic on their own.
